PRIVACY, IN PLAIN ENGLISH.
No advertising pixels, contact uploads or session replay. Optional first-party analytics starts only if you allow it.
What optional analytics measures
4Call can record random browser, session and event IDs; an allowlisted event name; server time; the product route; release ID; sanitized campaign tags; an external referrer hostname; and server-side bot or operator classification. IDs are immediately pseudonymized with a server secret.
What the analytics database does not store
No IP addresses, emails, contacts, full URLs, arbitrary query strings, call picks or amounts, passwords, advertising IDs, screen recordings or session recordings.
Why and for how long
We use aggregate first-party statistics to understand whether the demo works and where it needs improvement. Event-level analytics is retained for no more than 30 days. A random browser ID can measure return use but is not connected to your name or email.
Device-local demo state
Your demo calls, balance, follows and profile can be stored in this browser. That product state is separate from analytics and can be cleared by resetting the demo from Balance.
Information you send through a contact form
A submitted enquiry can include your name, email, organization, message and limited source information. It is used only to assess and respond to that enquiry, is kept separate from product analytics and is not added to a mailing list. Connected production submissions are retained for no more than 90 days unless an active relationship or legal obligation requires longer. A local form preview sends and stores nothing.
Your choice
You can refuse analytics or withdraw permission without losing access to the product demo.
